The House

The B&B Il Pizzagiallo is located on the ground floor of our house completely renovated and consists of a common room for breakfast and three rooms:

Triple room “LA PACE” with a view of our garden and the Martani mountains where you can see the sun rise in the morning.
Double room “ZAMPANI” with a view of a splendid village perched on the Martani mountains.
Double room “TORRICELLA” with a view of the flowered fields and where in the evening you can admire a splendid sunset.

All rooms have a private bathroom and independent entrance with a shaded patio, reserved with chairs and a table

Furthermore, to ensure the tranquility of our guests, there is no TV in the rooms, but in the common room available there are board games, books and toys.

It is possible on request to have a cot for children with a small supplement.

There are two connecting rooms (the double Torricella and the double Zampani).

The common breakfast room is available to guests and you can find a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, a high chair.

In the garden there are several games with a swing on the tree and a lot of green space.
The private garden of about 5000 square meters is completely fenced with free parking for cars and motorcycles.
Free WI-FI internet connection in all rooms, in the common room and also outside.

Upon request we accept pets with a supplement.

We are located in a strategic point to reach many villages and Umbrian destinations quickly. We are immersed in nature at the foot of the Martani mountains, between peace and tranquility.
